Update 10-23-08

Dear friends, It is official. The Plea For Peace Foundation will be opening their doors on Dec. 12th, 2008. Our kick off show will feature Jesse Michaels(Operation Ivy), Kevin Seconds(7 Seconds), Mike Park(hey, that's me), and a few local bands to round out the event. We are located at:

STOCKTON, CA. 95202

We will be holding a toy drive for the homeless at this event. Please bring an unwrapped toy and receive an asian man cd in return. Doors open at 7 PM. $8 admission.

This is an exciting time for us. We hope that this inaugaural opening will give us the knowledge and skills to open up centers across the United States. A center that will be open year round for kids who have interests other than sports or the normal medium that schools and peers deem as normal. A center that will give youth an outlet to perform music, create art, dance, and talk to others with similar interests.

We are excited to see what PLEA FOR PEACE can do to help create a strong foundation for our youth.
